TEK TEK Ensemble is a multi-genre mini orchestra. Each member performs on at least two instruments, skillfully exploited for an impressive array of musical genres and expression.
The balance of three guys and three girls captivate audiences with exclamatory trombone and trumpet; hedonistic violins and accordion; deeply pulsating drums and bass; wild psychedelic electric guitar; and a rich smearing of harmonized singing (and wailing) thrown on top.
TEK TEK perform virtuosic and original music inspired by tropical jungles, late night Balkan weddings, 1960s chic, and shamanistic desert rituals.

Slipper plays the music of Melbourne bassist and composer Alastair Watts, bringing together Brazilian idioms, melancholia, a love of drones and electronica, Spanish language authors, and the very best of West Coast jazz and blues.
Their debut album, ‘Aphelion’, is an album of fevered dreams and wronky ideas built upon the insistence that harmony and the distillate of dynamics and love is all one should ever seek. If sumptuous melody and dreamy harmony in a variety of genre-bending settings, rendered sweetly on a variety of brass, wind, strings, pings and things that go 'WHOOP-WHOOP-SHMEE' ...the slow-mo, epic klangfarben journey you need.
